الثالث من آيار يصادف اليوم العالمي لحرية الصحافة وستحتفل بغداد بهذا المهرجان تحت قبة البرلمان وستكون الشبكة العراقية للإعلام الإجتماعي الراعي الرسمي لتغطية هذا الحدث، وستقوم بإدارة ركن المدونين في المهرجان للتعريف بآخر أخبار التدوين والمدونين في العراق.
